Easy Peasy Pumpkin Butter

A perfectly spiced, pumpkiny spread to eat on bread, crackers, or with a spoon! 

Ingredients

  • 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup apple cider (or juice)
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Throw all ingredients into Crock-pot

  2. Cook on high for 30ish minutes or until warm and bubbly

  3. Store in mason jars in the fridge for up to two months
